Shopping and Restaurants: Highway 192 provides many shops, bars and restaurants as well as amusements and is only a 5 minute drive away. Further afield you will find Orlando and Tampa.

Golf: there are excellent local golf facilities with over 60 courses open to the public, including the new Champions Gate (a double 18 hole championship course) which is just a few minutes drive from the villa.
