$150 (£100) deposit payable upon booking, deducted from final balance. Final balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with refundable security deposit of $150 (£100) per week booked. Pool heat available at a cost of $130 (£75) per week. Minimum 3 night stay, for all stays of less than 7 nights $90 (£55) cleaning fee will be added. Prices are inclusive of Florida State taxes.
